It depends on the size of the space, the materials you choose and what we find behind the walls, so we never quote over the phone. After a free walkthrough you get an itemized written price showing every line of work, materials and any permits.
Permit requirements depend on your city and on the type and scope of the work, usually structural, plumbing or electrical. We go over what is needed during planning and coordinate the permit steps where the work requires them. Any permit fee sits on its own line in your estimate.
We reply the same working day and book your free walkthrough at a time that suits you. For an active leak, shut off the water supply and tell us when you call so we can prioritize.
