Your written estimate clearly lists every part of your bathroom remodeling project in San Jose, so you can review the scope and compare it with confidence.
Most bathroom failures start behind the tile. These are the steps our San Jose bathroom remodeling team never skips.
A continuous membrane on shower walls and floor, sealed at every seam, corner and niche.
The shower pan holds water for a full day before a single tile goes down.
Floors pitched to the drain so water never sits in corners or grout lines.
Moisture-resistant backer board behind tile, never ordinary drywall.
Sized to the room and ducted outside, not into the attic.
Pulled where required, so your San Jose bathroom remodel passes inspections and resale checks.
